For any out-of-stock item, we offer the possibility to place a backorder. This allows you to purchase and secure your spot in the production queue, understanding there will be a delivery delay.
The dispatch time for back-ordered items, whether they are jewellery pieces or watches, will be clearly indicated during selection. This timeframe may fluctuate based on the design complexity, materials involved, and the existing order queue. We make every effort to provide the most accurate dispatch time estimate, bearing in mind it could change.
